Buses And Coaches – Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The Strzegowo Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New School Bus For The Purpose Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The Strzegowo Commune In Accordance With Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) Meet All The Features Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, B) Be Brand New And Compliant With Applicable Standards, C) Have A Complete Set Of Technical And Operational Documentation. The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months Or A Mileage Of 500,000 Km2. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever The Content Of The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose Equivalent Equivalents In The Offer With Properties No Worse And Guaranteeing Achievement Of Parameters Not Lower Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. The Criteria Used By The Ordering Party To Assess Equivalence Are The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions Indicated Directly In The Documentation Of This Procedure. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such References Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Products Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party (Are No Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party). The Contractor Should Demonstrate Product Equivalence By Indicating Parameters Equivalent To The Offered Product In The Offer. 3. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law: Requirements For Employment Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Do Not Apply To Supply Orders. 4. Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. Information About Expected Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. Information Regarding The On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor Or The Documents Necessary To Perform The Order Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Ordering Party Provides For
