Engineering Services – Extension/Conversion/Expansion Hohenhameln Primary School - Technical Building Equipment Alg 4+5 And 8. The Municipality Of Hohenhameln Must Expand The Location Of The Hohenhameln Elementary School, Which Was Previously 3-Grade, To A 4-Grade Facility And Also Create A Space For All-Day Care Including A Cafeteria. The Background To The Planning Task Is The Almost Parallel Termination Of The School District Cooperation For Two Towns In The Municipality With The Neighboring Town Of Peine And By The District Of Peine For The Premises For All-Day Care Including Use Of The Cafeteria In The Districts Own School Center In The Locality Of Hohenhameln.From The 2027/28 School Year, The Respective First Graders Will Also Start School At The Hohenhameln Location, So That From The 2030/31 School Year The 4-Grade System Will Be Fully Achieved. There Is Still A Space Reserve In The Existing Building For Another Classroom, So That Temporary Space Containers Will Have To Be Accessed From The 2028/29 School Year. As Part Of A Feasibility Study, Various Options Were Examined And Evaluated At Both Primary School Locations In The Community. The Politically Decided Result Of The Attached Study Represents An Option For The Hohenhameln Location (Conversion Of The West Wing, New Replacement Building Including Extension Of The North Wing, Extension Of The East Wing) And Can Be Used For Guidance In Planning. The Addition Of A Cafeteria, Recommended In The Initial Version Of The Feasibility Study, Was Politically Requested Along With All-Day Care. For This Purpose, Only The Floor Plan Concept Was Subsequently Supplemented With Regard To An Open All-Day School Concept. The Structural Expansion Of The School Should Essentially Be Limited To The Current Plot Of Land, Parcel 13/17. The Linden Tree Standing Centrally In The Schoolyard Represents An Ideal Value And Preservation Is Desirable, But Not Mandatory. On The Neighboring Plot To The East, Parcel 13/18, Sufficient Area Must Be Kept Free For The Optional Construction Of A Two-Field Sports Hall At A Later Date And, In Addition, A Structural Connection To The School Building Must Be Provided Without Further Restructuring Of The School And Childcare Rooms. The Area Can Be Fully Used For The Temporary Storage Of Space Containers During The Construction And Renovation Phase. The Services For Planning, Tendering And Construction Of The Room Containers Are Not Part Of This Planning Order. The Parcel 208/13 To The North Can Be Included In The Planning In The Peripheral Area For Development, As Long As Its Use As A Football Pitch Is Not Affected. The Old Trees Should Also Ideally Be Preserved. The School Building Originally Dates From The 1930S And Was Expanded On The West Wing On The Street Side With A Flat Roof Extension In 2001. The West Wing Is Two-Story, The East And North Wings Are Single-Story, Each With Gable Roofs. The North Wing Connecting The Buildings Consists Of An Open Arcade On The South Side Facing The Schoolyard, And On The North Side There Are Essentially
