Refuse Transport Services – Provision Of Waste Management Services In The City Of Žďár Nad Sázavou. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Waste Management Services For The City Of Žďár Nad Sázavou, With The Exception Of The Provision Of Waste Removal Through Energy Use Or Landfilling. The Selected Supplier Will In Particular Ensure: A) Provision, Maintenance, Cleaning, Repairs, Maintenance And, If Necessary, The Creation And Renewal Of All Necessary Personnel, Technical Or Other Capacities, Including The Vehicle Fleet, According To The Conditions In Annex No. 3 Zd – Draft Contract; B) Collection, Collection, Categorization, Transportation, Concentration, Sorting, Treatment, Use, Acceptance And Transfer Of Waste To A Facility Intended For Further Waste Management Or To Persons Authorized To Manage Waste And Dispose Of It In Accordance With The Draft Agreement; C) Acquiring Ownership Rights To Waste In Accordance With The Draft Agreement.
