The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Hotel Accommodation For The Needs Of Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov Medical University - Varna. The Order Includes Provision Of Accommodation For Individual And Group Travel Of Employees, Students And Others, As Well As For Events Requiring Accommodation Of Groups Of People, In 3★, 4★ And 5★ Hotels. Accommodations Are Realized On The Territory Of The Country During Business Trips, Welcoming Guests, Participation In Conferences, Trainings, Seminars, Round Tables, Promotions, Scientific Juries, Sports Competitions, Workshops, Festivals And Others. The Parameters Of Each Individual Accommodation Are Specified In A Specific Inquiry Submitted By E-Mail By A Representative Of The Employer During The Term Of The Contract. The Inquiry Shall State At A Minimum: Dates Of Check-In, Location, Hotel Classification, Number Of Nights And Persons (Specific Or Indicative) And Requirements For Single/Double Occupancy. The Estimated Number Of Overnight Stays Subject To The Public Procurement Is 1,800 (One Thousand And Eight Hundred) Overnight Stays. The Number Of Overnight Stays Is Estimated And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Indicated Volumes According To Its Needs And Financial Security. The Price For Hotel Accommodation (Bed And Breakfast Including Vat And Tourist Tax) For Employees Of Medical University - Varna In The Country Must Not Exceed The Values ​​Provided For In The Ordinance On Business Trips In The Country.
