Parts And Accessories For Vehicles And Their Engines – Successive Purchase Of Parts For Renault Vehicles For The Needs Of Rejonowe Przedsiębiorstwo Zieleni I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Kielce. 1. Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Parts Described In The Quantity And Product List, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Intended For Renault Vehicles Used By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Current Demand, Based On Partial Orders, Carried Out Over A Period Of 12 Months. 2. Scope Of The Order 1. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Partial Orders Placed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Brand New, Unused, Unrepaired Parts With Parameters Equal To Or Better Than The Original Ones. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number And Proportion Of The Ordered Parts. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Minimum And Maximum Quantity Of Ordered Parts, But Only Provides An Estimated Quantity. 5. The Ordering Party Will Place Partial Orders Only Depending On Actual Needs. Lack Of Demand Does Not Create An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Any Number Of Parts Or A Minimum Order Value. 6. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Not Using The Estimated Quantities Specified In The Opz.
