Process: The Awarding Process Is Divided Into 3 Stages. In A Group Of Applicants, All Participants Must Meet The Exclusion Criteria Separately. However, Submitting A Joint Application To Participate Is Sufficient. According To Section 51 Vgv, The Number Of Applicants For The Second Phase Is Limited. For This Purpose, A Ranking Is Created Based On The Objective And Non-Discriminatory Eligibility Criteria Of The Application For Participation In The Form Of Points Achieved. After Checking The Submitted Documents, A Maximum Of Five Applicants With The Highest Scores Will Be Invited To The Offer Phase.
