The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Removal Of Waste Classified According To Decree No. 8/2021 Coll., On The Catalog Of Waste And Assessment Of Waste Properties (Waste Catalog) Under Catalog Number 20 03 01 Mixed Municipal Impact (Hereinafter Referred To As Waste) By Depositing It In A Landfill. The Contracting Authority Requires The Participant To Provide Waste Removal Services Throughout The Performance Of The Public Contract Through One Facility Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Has Sufficient Capacity For The Performance Of The Public Contract To The Expected Extent. This Requirement Is Established In Order To Ensure Transparency, Equal Treatment And Comparability Of Offers In The Framework Of The Evaluation Of Economic Feasibility According To The Lowest Life Cycle Costs, Which, In Addition To The Offer Price, Also Include Operating And Handling Costs Derived, Among Other Things, From The Distance Between The Waste Loading Point And The Suppliers Facility. When Using Multiple Devices With Different Distances, It Would Not Be Possible To Objectively And Uniformly Determine The Evaluation Costs Or To Ensure Mutual Comparability Of Offers.
