Engineering Design Services – Tga-Planung Katz. The Client Intends To Build A Crisis Response And Training Center (Katz) On The Site Of The Main Location Of The Frankfurt Am Main Fire Department. The Katz Will Be The First Construction Phase, A Future Large-Scale Target Planning For A Fire Department Campus, To Complement The Existing Buildings. The Subject Of The Award Is Services For Planning The Technical Equipment (System Groups 1-8) In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 15 No. 15.1 Hoai For The Realization Of The Katz. The Client Aims To Commission The Turnkey Construction Of The Katz With Planning By The Construction Contractor From Lph 5 Onwards Based On Approval Planning With Key Details. The Basic Services Of Service Phases 1-4, 6-7 And 9 (Lphen Based On The Hoai Service Phase Breakdown) Are Therefore Commissioned In Full And Service Phases 5 And 8 Are Partly Commissioned, As Well As Other Services. The Completion Of Service Phase 3, Including Cost Calculation, Should Take Place By June 1St, 2027. The Aim Is For Implementation By June 30, 2030. A Phased Commissioning Of The Services Is Planned. There Is No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Services.
