The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Jet-A1 Fuel With A Volume Of 650 M3 To The Katowice International Airport In Pyrzowice. 1) The Delivery Is One-Time. 2) Required Jet A-1 Fuel Quality – In Accordance With The Astm D 1655 Or Afqrjos (Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements For Jointly Operating Systems) Standard Or Equivalent. 3) Regulation (Eu) 2023/2405 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 October 2023 On Ensuring A Level Playing Field For Sustainable Air Transport (Hereinafter Referred To As Refueleu Aviation) Applies To The Order And The Quality Of The Ordered Product (Fuel). 4) The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing Transport. The Delivery Will Be Divided Into Two Types Of Transport - Rail Transport In The Amount Of 600 M3 And 50 M3 By Road. 5) The Reference Fuel Density For Converting The Value Of Quotations From Metric Tons To M3 Is 0.800. 6) On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide A Certificate Of Quality For The Delivered Fuel - A Quality Certificate According To Astm D 1655 Or Afqrjos Standards (Or Equivalent) And Confirmation Of Delivery Of Jet A-1 Fuel With Saf Admixture - In Accordance With Point 8) Below. Attention! The Contractor Who Refers To A Solution/Standard Equivalent To That Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Quality Condition Provided By The Astm D 1655 Or Afqrjos Standard Required By The Ordering Party And Is Equivalent In Terms Of The Standard. 7) The Commercial Margin For The Delivered Product, Expressed In Polish Zlotys, Will Be Valid On The Day Of Submitting The Offer. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order With Safs Share In The Amount Of 2% In Each Delivery, And If This Is Not Possible, With Safs Share In The Amount Of 2% Of The Volume Ordered (Purchased) On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded In The Subject Of This Order
