The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Supply And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Pve) In The Form Of Design & Build Consisting In Obtaining The Implementation Project Documentation In An Editable Form At The Required Stages Of Processing In Such A Quality That Enables The Proper Preparation Of The Work (Hereinafter Referred To As Rpd). All Of This Consisting In The Design Of Pv Solutions, Battery Storage And Pv Dispatching Control, Ensuring Their Delivery, Installation And Commissioning, Including Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Permits, Statements Or Their Equivalents Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Work In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations And Further In The Proper Execution Of The Work, Including Securing Related Procedures, Permits And Consent Opinions, To The Extent Specified In The Contract.
