Engineering Services – Opz Partial Renovation - It/Infrastructure Systems - Planning - Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems. The New Building - Program Emerged From The So-Called Functional Building - Was Placed In Accordance With The Hwp Target Planning From 1985 And Realized From 1988 To 1994 According To The Design By The Architects Heinle-Wischer+ Partner, Stuttgart By The Architects Monerjan-Monnerjan+ Partner Düsseldorf. The Existing Buildings, The Former Nursing School And Surgery Dormitory, Were Demolished For The New Building. The Original Parking Lot In This Area Was Relocated To A Parking Area At The Main Gate, Which Was Built In This Context (The Only Co-Financed Parking Garage Construction For The Clinic). The Opz Represents A First Central Functional Building With Which Various Areas Of The Clinic Are Integrated. A Connecting Corridor At The Level Of The Operating Room (2Nd Basement) Also Connects The Ent Clinic, Whose Operating Wing Was Integrated Into This Building. The New Ward Block 1 Is Structurally Connected On The Operating Room Level And On The 2Nd Floor. The 3Rd Floor Of The Opz Was Built As A Recessed Attic With 3 Spans. This New Building Is A Strict Structure Divided Into 4 Wings, Which Are Located Around A Courtyard, Which Is Bridged Diagonally By A Bridge On The 2Nd Floor (The Bridge Stands On The Ceiling Of The Operating Room (On Thermal Insulation And Insulation), To Avoid Trapped Sub-Wards. Extensive Pipe Relocations Were Carried Out Together With The Opz. A Media Channel Was Built In The Knife Tunneling On Level 4Th Basement (Partially Rebuilt As Part Of Ward House 1. The New Building Was Built As A Seamless Reinforced Concrete Frame Building With A Flat Roof And Is Based On The Floor Height Of The Old Buildings. Consequences Of This Construction Can Be Felt In The Distribution Of Functions: 3Rd Basement = Technical Systems, Archive 2Nd Basement = Operating Room With 14 Operating Rooms For Cardiac Surgery, General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Ent, Central Bed Preparation Connections To Building 10 And Ent Clinic From Sterilization To The Operating Room 1St Basement = Ceiling Cavity Or Connection To House 10; Unclean Transport To Sterilization Ground Floor = Outpatient Clinics And Core Area For Cardiac Surgery; Pain Clinic (Anaesthesiology) And Orthopedics Workshop (Later Converted Into Registration, Outpatient Clinic And Patient Management), Seminar Room 1St Floor = Outpatient Clinics And Core Areas For Orthopedics And Urology 2Nd Floor = Intensive Care (3 Wards). 10 B. Or 12 Beds Each) Imc 3Rd Floor = Core Area Of Anesthesiology The Building Has 3 Elevators With An Anteroom As Well As 4 Stairs In Stairwells As Well As An Emergency Staircase From The Operating Room Wing, Building Values: Nf = 7,819 M² Gfa = 19,448 M² Bri = 82,720 M³ Note: The Building As The Central Operating Room Wing Is The Heart All Operational Areas Are Therefore Very Sensitive In Terms Of Maintenance, Adaptation To Contemporary Medical Requirements And Associated Technical Systems. All Interventions Can Have Far-Reaching Structural, Technical And, Above All, Operational Consequences. Experience Has Shown That Highly Technical Areas Need To Be Fundamentally Renovated And Renewed After Around 15-20 Years
