The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Medical Equipment - Atomic Absorption System For Elemental Analysis Of Blood, Blood Plasma And Urine​​​​​​​​​​​​, As Well As Installation, Adjustment, Trial Testing, Quality Control, Commissioning And Commissioning With All Accessories And Consumables Necessary For Operation, As Well As Training Of Medical Personnel And Warranty Service. At The Opening Of The Procedure, Financing Is Not Provided, Therefore The Contract Will Be Concluded Under A Condition, According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. The Contracting Authority Will Assign Delivery Only If Financing Is Provided Within A Period Of: 10 Months After Signing The Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Responsible If It Does Not Send A Letter Of Assignment Within The Above-Mentioned Period. Participants Should Submit Price Proposals Lower Than Or Equal To The Estimated Value Of The Order. The Commission Appointed To Conduct The Public Procurement Will Apply The Procedure Under Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, By Checking The Technical And Evaluating The Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection. According To Art. 61, Para. 1 Of The Ppzop, The Chairman Of The Commission Decrypts The Offers Submitted Through The Platform And Opens The Price Offers Together With The Applications For Participation And The Technical Proposals.​​​​​​
