Construction Work – Expansion And Modernization Of The 400/110 Kv Ostrowiec Station – Stage 1. In Order To Implement The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Works, Supplies And Services Must Be Designed And Implemented In Accordance With Construction Designs, Detailed Designs And Pse S.A. Standards. Taking Into Account Related Standards And Regulations, As Well As The Requirements Listed In Part Ii Of The Swz Functional And Utility Program. 2. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Supervision Option And Option No. 1 Are Included In Part Iv Of The Swz. 3. Each Time, In All Cases In Which The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. The Above Means That The Contractor May Use The Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Or Equivalent. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Offer Of A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Cannot Be Rejected Only Because The Offered Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Are Not Compliant With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104107 Of The Act, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. 5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Following Option Right No. 1: Option Right No. 1 Covers The Connection Of Pe No. 2 To Bay No. 6 R400 Kv. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Order Option 1 By December 31, 2027.
