The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of One (1) Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Voice And Data Mobile Telecommunications Services Via The Gsm Network Of A Mobile Operator For The Contracting Authority And The Contracting Authority. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One (1) Selected Supplier In Accordance With § 134 Of The Act, I.E. A Process Without Resumption Of Competition Between Participants In The Framework Agreement.
