Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Maintenance Lease Of Road Green Spaces - District Of Sinsin. Each Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is A Service Contract Which Aims To Carry Out Ordinary Maintenance Services For Plantations And Green Spaces Along The Roads In The Network Of The Roads Directorate Of Namur, District Of Sinsin. The Services Are Carried Out On Roads Belonging To Network I Which Are Described In The Appendix To These Special Specifications As Well As On Roads In Network Ii. The Statement Of The Two Networks Is Included In Appendix 2 Of This Csc. The Services Are Preventive, Conditional And Curative Maintenance (See Glossary). The Types Of Intervention Include The Following: Occasional Tree Felling; Stump Removal; Shrub Pruning; Tree Pruning; Tree Pruning; Hedge Trimming; Setting The Planting Template; Clearing; Localized Blanking; Weeding And Turfing; Mowing Of Medians, Embankments And Finishing; Mowing; Maintenance Of And Between Plantations; Thistling; Coppicing Of Trees And Shrubs; Fight Against Invasive Plants; Planting; Waste And Product Management; Works Under Management; A Site Visit Can Be Organized Before Submission Of Offers Through Contact With The District. The Visit Will Be Made By Appointment To Be Made With Stéphane Houyoux – [email protected] – At Least 15 Working Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. In All Cases, The Bidder Cannot Rely On His Lack Of Knowledge Of The Network Managed By The District For Which He Is Bidding. The Inventory Must Be Considered As A Schedule Whose Unit Prices Must Be Set By The Successful Bidders Except For Certain Global Items Whose Amount Is Set By The Contracting Authority, Such As The Sum Reserved For Cet. The Ranking Of Offers Is Based On The Amount Of The Offers. The Quantities Mentioned In The Inventory Are Intended Exclusively For The Classification Of Offers And Do Not Give The Entrepreneur Any Rights With Regard To The Quantities To Be Executed, Nor With Regard To The Relationships Between These Quantities. The Quantities Are Therefore Indicative. The Inventory Quantities Correspond To The Services Estimated Over A Year. They Were Established Based On The Average Of The Last 4 Years. Significance Of The Contract The Required Services Are The Subject Of Orders Placed By Each Of The Beneficiaries Of This Contract According To Their Needs And In Accordance With The Terms Of These Special Specifications. Each Of The Beneficiaries Undertakes To Order Each Year, During The Validity Period Of The Contract, Services For An Amount Included In The Following Ranges: Minimum Amount Sofico Excluding Vat €75,779.00 Maximum Amount Sofico Excluding Vat €153,434.00 Minimum Amount Spw-Mi Vat Included €262,381.24 Maximum Amount Spw-Mi Vat Included €491,964.22 The Amounts Are Understood To Be Excluding Revision.
