The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Transfer To The Ordering Party Of Ownership Of A Brand New Fixed Asset, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels And Undamaged And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties – A Specialized Vehicle For Collecting Municipal Waste, Such As A Garbage Truck, With Parameters Consistent With Those Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Contractors Expense And Risk, 2) Delivery Of Documents Necessary For Registration And Third-Party Liability Insurance By The Ordering Party Of The Subject Of The Contract, 3) Delivery Of Warranty And Operational Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Order, I.E. A) Warranty Card, B) Service Inspection Book, C) Operating Instructions In Polish, D) 2 Sets Of Keys, E) Ec Certificate Of Conformity Or Certificate Of Conformity Together With A Statement Containing Data And Information About The Vehicle Necessary For Registration And Records Of The Vehicle - If Applicable, F) A Document Confirming The Payment Of Excise Duty In The Territory Of The Country On A Vehicle Acquired Intra-Community And Not Previously Registered In The Territory Of The Country - If Applicable, G) Appropriate Certificates And Approvals For All Equipment Used - If Applicable, 4) Quality Guarantee Granted For A Period In Accordance With The Content Of § 6 Of The Contract And Resulting From The Contractors Offer For The Delivered Vehicle And Its Equipment, I.E.
