Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Provision Of Service Level Agreement (Sla) Services - Ensuring Continuous And Professionally Guaranteed Technical Support, Operational Maintenance And System Management Digitalization Workflow Proarc. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Continuous And Professionally Guaranteed Technical Support, Operational Maintenance And Administration Of The Proarc Digitization Workflow System And All Its Modules And Components, Which Serve For The Processing, Registration, Quality Control And Long-Term Storage Of Digitized Content, In Order To Ensure The Full Functionality, Stability And Security Of The System, Including Its Integration Links, User Interfaces And Support Processes For Working With Digital Objects (Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services Or Services), While The Serviced Software And The Content Of Service Services Are Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Contract, Which Is An Integral Part Of These Tender Documents And Are A Separate Attachment To The Stated Subject Of The Contract. The Provider Undertakes To Provide Service Services Continuously During The Entire Period Of Validity And Effectiveness Of The Contract In The Form Of Regularly Performed Activities In Order To Ensure Continuous Support For The Operation Of The Customers Serviced Equipment (In 24X7 Mode). A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Developed Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority For The Subject Of The Contract, Is Part B. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents And Part D. Business Conditions For Providing The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents, Which Are A Separate Appendix Of The Tender Documents.
