The Subject Of The Executive Agreements Concluded Under The Framework Agreement Will Be: 1. Granting Or Ensuring That The Contractor Grants To The Ordering Party All Types Of Licenses, License Updates, Subscriptions Or Technical Support Of The Manufacturer For Ibm Software Or Equivalent, Specified In The Price List Under The International Agreement Ibm Passport Advantage Or Equivalent, 2. Ensuring By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of The Provision Of Manufacturers Expert Support Services Regarding The Manufacturers Products Under The Software Accelerated Value Program Or Program Equivalent, 3. Provision Of Consulting Support Services Regarding Products In The Amount Of Up To 10,000 Man-Hours. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Indicated Number Of Man-Hours Is An Estimate And The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Use It During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement, And The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Claims For The Unused Number Of Man-Hours.
