Social Assistance Agency Through The Chief Secretary, Authorized Person Under Art. 7, Para. 1 Of The Zop, With Order No. Rd01-0204/29.01.2025 Of The Executive Director, Hereinafter Referred To As The Contracting Authority, Announces The Awarding Of A Public Procurement With The Subject Providing Insurance For The Needs Of The Asp For Specific Positions, As Follows: - Separate Position No. 1: Property Insurance Of Real Estate And Individualized Movable Assets Found In Them For The Needs Of Asp And The Territorial Structures To It, Including Insurance Of An Indicative Number Of 410 Real Estates Of Public State Or Municipal Ownership, Provided For Management Or Use By Asp And 32 Types Of Movable Property. - Separate Position No. 2: Provision Of Mandatory Work Accident Insurance To Asp Employees, In Accordance With The Operational Regulations Of Asp And Pms 66/1996, Including Insurance For Up To 4,872 /Four Thousand Eight Hundred And Seventy-Two/ People, In Accordance With The Operational Regulations Of Asp And Pms 66/1996. - Separate Position No. 3: Provision Of Mandatory Civil Liability Insurance To Motorists For Official Motor Vehicles Owned By Asp Or Provided For Use By Other Departments And Bodies, Including Insurance Of An Indicative Number Of 255 Motor Vehicles Owned By Asp Or Provided For Use By Other Departments And Bodies. The Minimum Requirements That The Participants Proposals Must Meet Are According To The Technical Specification And According To The Files Attached To The Documentation.
