When Executing The Order, The Contractor Shall Perform The Following Activities: Carrying Out The Complete Procedure For Registering The Contracting Partys Sites On The Free Market Of Electricity As A Customer - User Of The Free Market And Registering Its Sites As An End Customer - User Of The Market. Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Licensed Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network (Orm) In The Territory Where The Measurement Points Are Located, And With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances, Subject To The Special Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Documentation And As Proposed By The Participant Selected As The Contractor In The Technical Proposal For The Execution Of The Order. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractor Coordinator, According To Ptee, Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Registration And Participation Fee. Registration Of The Contracting Entitys Sites Before The Eso As An Active Member Of The Electricity Market. Carrying Out Energy Monitoring And Preparing Forecasts, Administering The Estimated Daily Net Amounts Of Low-Voltage Active Electricity, Which Are Notified (Registered) In The Eso In The Form Of Schedules, Which Reflect The Hourly Quantities That The Contractor Plans To Supply And Sell To The Contracting Authority And The Exchange Of Information With The Licensed Orm In The Territory Where The Relevant Measuring Points Are Located, As Well As Performing All Necessary Activities Related To The Contracting Authoritys Participation In The Free Electricity Market. According To Ze, Ptee And Pikee. Delivery Of The Required Estimated Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night) At A Low Voltage Level. The Estimated Quantity For The Term Of The Contract Is 1,144,000 Kwh. (Five Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand) Kilowatt-Hours Of Net Active Electrical Energy Low Voltage. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption For The Contract Period Of 24 Months Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Party To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Contracting Partys Consumption Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Necessary Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object), Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need.
