The Public Order, Executable Under The Conditions Described In This Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Is Subject To: Winter Maintenance, Snow Removal And Sanding Of The Municipal Road Network In The Municipality Of Kirkovo During The Winter Season 2026/2027 - Kirkovo - Upper Region. 32.80 Km Are Planned For Snow Removal And 15.30 Km For Sanding, According To The Attached List Of Planned Road Sections. Winter Maintenance Of Roads Includes A Complex Of Activities Related To Ensuring Their Passability In Winter Conditions And Removing Or Limiting The Adverse Influence Of Snow And Ice On Traffic Conditions. The Main Winter Road Maintenance Activities Include: 2.1. Preparatory Works: A) Preparation Of Winter Maintenance Plans; B) Technical Inspections Of The Machinery And Equipment Requested For Use; C) Preparation Of Roads For Operation In Winter Conditions; D) Providing The Necessary Materials; E) Coordination Of The Activities Between The Bodies Of The Api, The Municipality And The Companies Maintaining The Republican And Municipal Roads; F) Determination Of The Sequence Of Carrying Out The Snow Protection Measures, Depending On The Level Of Winter Maintenance Of The Specific Municipal Roads In The Operational Plan; 2.2. Snow Protection Of Roads By Construction And Installation Of Snow Protection Devices - Permanent (Roadside Green Belts, Earth Dikes, Etc.) And Temporary (Fences Of Portable Inventory Shields) Devices, As Well As Processing Of Road Benches, Preparation Of The Area Around The Roadway, Felling Of Bushes And Young Forest With A Thickness Of Trees Up To 10 Cm., Removal Of Materials And Other Objects In The Scope Of The Road That Lead To The Formation Of Snowdrifts And Obstruct Traffic, For Winter Conditions.
