The Scope Of Activities Is According To The Technical Specification, Annex To The Participation Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Includes Preparation Of An Investment Project, In The Technical Design Phase, For The Construction Activities Provided For In The Cs, Including The Necessary Working Details For The Needs Of The Site. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase And Including The Necessary Work Details For The Needs Of The Object, In Accordance With The Procedure And Under The Conditions Of The Applicable Legislation, According To The Volume And Scope, Regulated In Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, As Well As All Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To The Project, In Accordance With The Regulations, The Specifics Of The Object, The Current State Of The Terrain And Provided By The Contracting Authority Documents.
