Provision Of Telecommunications Services - Digital Mobile Telephone Services Using A Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard Mobile Cellular Network With National Coverage By A Licensed Operator, Together With A Certain Package Of Additional Voice And Other Services Enabling The Implementation Of Mobile Communications In The Operators Network, As Well As Connections To Other Mobile And Fixed Networks In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In The Territory Of The Whole World In International Zones, Calls When Providing A Roaming Service, Sending And Receiving Short Messages /Sms/ In The Operators Network And To And From Subscribers Of Other Mobile Operators And The Provision Of Specialized Supplies And Services Related To This Activity, Including Mobile Internet For The Needs Of The Subscribers Of The Yudp - Cu And Its Territorial Divisions /32 In Number/, Organized In One Corporate Business Group/Closed User Group/ For A Minimum Of 1200 Sim Cards In The Group, Used By Employees Of The Yudp Central And Its Tas, Which Amount Is Estimated, With The Possibility Of Including New Subscribers In The Group And Includes All Services On Standard Gsm/Umts/Lte, With Free And Unlimited Calls In It. The Quality Of The Services Provided By The Public Telecommunications Operator Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Stipulated In Its Individual License, Respectively In The Authorization To Carry Out Telecommunications/Electronic Communications Through A Public Telecommunications Mobile Cellular Network According To The Gsm/Umt/Lte Standard With National Coverage, Issued By The Commission For The Regulation Of Communications, In Accordance With The General Rules For Relationships With End Users, Agreed With The Commission For The Regulation Of Communications And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law For Electronic Messages.
