The Subject Of The Order Is Prepress, Printing And Finishing Activities. Prepress Includes The Processing Of Text, Images, Tables And The Preparation Of The Printed Edition For Multi-Run Printing (Preparation Of A Template For The Edition, Formatting Pages, Pouring Text, Inserting Tables, Diagrams And Images). The Client Submits The Conceptual Project With The Necessary Information Regarding Text, Images, Content, Format, Etc. The Contractor, Within The Specified Period, Makes The Pre-Press Preparation Of The Edition. The Finished Files Are Provided To The Employer In An Editable Format. Printing And Finishing Activities Include The Complete Production Of Printed Publications Or Only Printing Of Individual Parts And/Or Only Finishing Activities With Materials And Parameters Described In Detail In Annex No. 1.1-Services, An Integral Part Of The Technical Specification. Estimated Volume – 43 Types Of Finished Printed Editions In Circulations From 1 To 20,000 Copies And Number Of Reprints From 1 To 20 Times Depending On The Type Of Edition And The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Types Of Estimated Finished Printed Publications Are Detailed In Appendix #1 - Technical Specification. The Quantity (Circulation/Volume) Of The Services Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs.
