The Subject Of This Order Is The Conclusion Of A Contract With One Contractor After Conducting A Procedure Under Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppp), For The Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Net Electric Energy And A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Sites Provided For The Management Of The Tp Dgs - Plovdiv, A Territorial Division Of The South Central State Enterprise In The City Of Smolyan, As Well As The Implementation Of All Activities, According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Order Is Announced In Connection With Directive 2009/72/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of July 13, 2009 Concerning General Rules For The Internal Electricity Market And Repealing Directive 2003/54/Ec And Chapter Nine, Section Vii Transactions At Freely Negotiated Prices Of The Energy Act Ze/2003.
