The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase According To Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001. On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And Other Related By-Laws On The Applicable Project Parts. The Technical Project Should Be Completed With The Necessary Calculations, Diagrams, Textual And Graphic/Drawing Material, Explanatory Notes, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. Projects Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Bill Of Quantities For The Applicable Parts. Inful The Proposal For Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Cmp Of The Construction. Existing Position The Facility Is A Sports Hall Consisting Of Three Entrances With Four Floors And An Attic Floor. The Construction Is Monolithic Reinforced Concrete With Supporting Elements Reinforced Concrete Beams And Columns. The Partition And Facade Walls Are Built Of Brickwork. Some Of The Old Woodwork Has Been Replaced With Pvc And Aluminum, Except For The Woodwork, Which Is In Poor Condition. The Existing Plaster Is Mineral Sprayed, With A Mosaic In The Plinth Area. It Has Collapsed In Places And Is In Poor Condition. The Roof Is Flat In Very Poor Condition, The Structure And Under-Roof Space Is Partially Metal. Water Drainage Is External, With Gutters And Downpipes, And Part Of The Building Has Internal Drainage Through Funnels. The Floor Of The Heated Part Of The Building Borders The Unheated Basement And The Outside Air (Bay Window). The Joinery Is In Poor Technical Condition. The Entrance Doors Are In Poor Technical Condition. The Windows In The Basement And Common Areas Are In Poor Technical Condition. They Do Not Meet The Modern Requirements For Energy Efficiency Of Buildings.
