Water Drainage Is External, With Gutters And Downpipes, And Part Of The Building Has Internal Drainage Through Funnels. The Floor Of The Heated Part Of The Building Borders The Unheated Basement And The Outside Air (Bay Window). The Joinery Is In Poor Technical Condition. The Entrance Doors Are In Poor Technical Condition. The Windows In The Basement And Common Areas Are In Poor Technical Condition. They Do Not Meet The Modern Requirements For Energy Efficiency Of Buildings.
