The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Construction - (Implementation Of Construction) In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Letter A Of The Public Procurement Act With The Subject Repair Of The Road And Street Network And Improvement Of Sidewalk Areas On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Septemvri. The Scope Will Be Implemented Within The Framework Of Main Activity #2 And Its Accompanying Main Activities, As Follows: Main Activities At The Construction Stage: Main Activity No. 1 – Organization And Implementation Of Srm And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, Technical Specifications, And When Applicable, With The Investment Project; Main Activity #2 – Organization And Implementation Of Delivery And Storage Of Materials, Products, Tools And Equipment; Main Activity #3 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of Construction; Main Activity #4 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Necessary To Create And Ensure Safe And Healthy Working Conditions And Fire Safety At The Construction Site; Main Activity #5 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Necessary To Create And Ensure The Necessary Conditions For Preventing And/Or Minimizing Environmental Pollution Of Air, Water, Soil From The Implementation Of Activities On The Construction Site; Main Activity #6 – Organization And Elimination Of Deficiencies, Omissions, Partial Or Poor Non-Performance Established During Construction Implementation; Main Activity #7 – Organization And Execution Of The Necessary Tests And Researches; Main Activity No. 8 – Organizing And Notifying The Contracting Authority Of The Readiness To Hand Over The Construction; Main Activity #9 – Organization And Elimination Of Deficiencies And Defects At The Site Acceptance Stage; Main Activity #10 – Organization And Support Of The Contracting Authority In The Period From Delivery Of The Object To Acceptance Of The Object; Main Activity #11 – Organization And Support Of The Employer In The Period From Acceptance Of The Site To Its Commissioning In Cases Where It Is Applicable; Main Activity #12 – Organization And Administration Of The Contract Within The Framework Of The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Construction Stage; All Main Activities From #2 To #12 Inclusive, As Necessary Activities And All Necessary Costs For Their Implementation, Will Be Provided For In The Unit Prices Of Main Activities #1, Which Are Reflected In A List Of Items From The Price Proposal.
