The Subject Of The Procedure Concerns The Implementation Of Activities On The Territory Of The Town Of Zemen, Namely: Peoples Community Center Svetlina-1924, Town Of Zemen, Municipality Of Zemen, District Of Pernik, Upi I-788 - For Community Center, Quarter 47, According To The Plan Of The Town Of Zemen. The Community Center Is A Free-Standing Two-Story Building With A Partial Basement Floor. The Terrain Is Slightly Uneven. The Main Entrance To The Community Center Is From The West. In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Renovate The Facades, Replace The Wooden Windows, Repair The Roof, Renovate The Cinema Hall, Install Suspended Ceilings, Replace Interior Doors. The Main Goal Of The Project Is The Implementation Of Energy-Efficient Measures That Will Reduce The Amount Of Energy Needed And Increase The Quality And Comfort Of Living In The Building Under Construction. An Investment Project, Technical Design Phase, Has Been Prepared For The Site. Total Area: 819 Sq.M. The Construction Is: First Group, Fifth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 5, Letter A Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And In Connection With Art. 10 Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Site Has Been Issued Building Permit No. 08/03.07.2025 By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Zemen.
