Food Vouchers Are Loaded, Printed, Provided And Used Under The Conditions And In Full Compliance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 7 Of July 9, 2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, To Issue Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And To Operate As An Operator In In Accordance With Art. 209 A, Para. 2 Of The Zkpo And Ordinance No. 11 Of December 21, 2005 For Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, Issued By The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy And The Minister Of Health Note. On The Basis Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Chairman Of The Commission Decrypts The Offers And Opens The Price Offers Together With The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 And Para. 3, Item 1 Of Ppzop. The Actions Of The Commission For Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 61, Para. 1, Sentence One, And Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of Ppzop.
