Carrying Out Emergency And Current Repair Construction Works Of The Building Of 34. Ou Stoyu Shishkov And The Adjacent Parts, In Order To Maintain It In Working Order In Terms Of Type And Volume According To The Needs Of The Employer, Assigned To The Contractor With The Contract Letter. Place Of Execution: The Building Of 34. Ou Stoyu Shishkov And The Adjacent Areas, Located At The Address: Sofia, P.K. 1680, Krasno Selo District, Rodopski Izvor St. №43. Order Fulfillment Period: 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. Inspection Of The Site The Participants Must Inspect The Site, At The Administrative Address Of The Contracting Authority After A Prior Request Made On Tel.: 02 8594131, Every Weekday From 2:00 P.M. To 4:00 P.M. Until The Specified Date For Submission Of Offers By The Participants. Important: Failure To Present A Document For An Inspection Completed With All Its Details (Exit Number, Date, Time, Names, Position And Signature Of The Persons Performing And Conducting The Inspection) Is Grounds For Removing The Participant From The Procedure. Response Time In The Event Of An Emergency: Up To 1 /One/ Hour From Notification By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority. Warranty Period For The Performed Repair Works And The Materials Used - In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2/31.07.2003 For Commissioning Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. 1. Repair Activities Are Assigned To The Contractor Through Requests From The Contractor. With The Request, The Contractor Determines The Type And Place Of Performance. The Specific Types And Quantities Of Repair Works, The Number And Frequency Of Repair Requests Are Determined Depending On The Specific Need Of The Contracting Party. 2. Within Three Days After Receiving The Request, The Contractor Presents To The Contracting Party A Draft Of A Cost-Quantity-Value Bill, According To Unit Prices From Its Price Proposal And The Deadline For The Execution Of The Specific Work. 3. After The Contractor Has Approved The Presented Ccc, The Execution Of The Work Assigned To Him With The Request Is Started. 4. In The Event Of An Emergency, A Request Is Submitted By The Contracting Party To The Contractor By Telephone, And The Deadline For Starting The Repair Activities Is 1 /One/ Hour From The Receipt Of The Notification By Phone By The Contracting Party. In Case Of Emergencies For Emergency Repairs, The Assignment Can Be Made By Phone Call Around The Clock And On Weekends By A Representative Of The Contractor, Including A Doorman - Security Guard Of The Building. On The First Working Day After The Accident, The Assigned Work Is Formed Through A Request. 5. The Specific Quantities Of Repair Construction - Assembly Works, The Number And Frequency Of Requests Are Determined Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Party And Within Its Budget. 6. The Type, Quantity, Quality And Price Of The Performed Smrs Are Determined By An Acceptance Protocol Signed By Representatives Of Both Parties.
