Subject: Inspection And Certification Of Vessels For Compressed Gases Under Pressure And Their Fittings, In 5 Separate Items (Op), As Follows: Op No. 1 – Inspection And Certification Of Metal Containers For Co2, Nitrogen Or Oxygen For Ships, Vessels, Facilities, Coastal Sites And Equipment In The Region Of The City Of Burgas; Op No. 2 – Inspection And Certification Of Metal Vessels For Co2, Nitrogen Or Oxygen For Ships, Vessels, Facilities, Coastal Sites And Equipment In The Area Of ​​The City Of Varna; Op No. 3 – Inspection And Certification Of Helium Vessels In The Area Of ​​The City Of Varna; Op No. 4 – On-Site Inspection And Certification Of Vessels In The Region Of The City Of Varna And The City Of Burgas; Op No. 5 – Inspection And Certification Of Composite Vessels From Underwater Apparatus For Nitrox Mixtures In The Region Of The City Of Varna. The Quantities And Type Of Vessels And The Technical Requirements Are Defined In Appendix. No. 1 For Op No. 1, App. No. 2 For Op No. 2, App. No. 3 For Op No. 3, App. No. 4 For Op No. 4 And App. #5 For Op#5. Requesting Vessels For Survey Will Be Carried Out By The Commanders Of Military Formations, On An Ongoing Basis Throughout The Contract Period. The Transportation Of The Vessels To The Service Base Of The Contractor And Back Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport And At The Expense Of The Contractor. Deadlines: Term Of The Contract – 24 Months After Signing The Contract Or Until Reaching The Estimated Value Specified In The Announcement For The Respective Individual Position; Deadline For The Certification Of The Specific Batch Of Vessels - 10 (Ten) Working Days From Their Handover To The Contractor For Op#1, Op#2 And Op#5, And 20 (Twenty) Working Days From Their Handover To The Contractor For Op#3; Warranty Period Of The Performed Activities And Inserted Parts - Not Less Than 1 (One) Year. Place Of Execution Of The Order - For Specific Items No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 And No. 5 - Service Base Of The Contractor And For Specific Item No. 4 - On Board Of Ships From V.F. 32140-Varna And V.F. 32890-Burgas (Athia). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce, During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract/S, The Indicated Quantities In Order Not To Exceed The Estimated Value Of The Order.
