Update Of The Software Product, As A Result Of Amendments To The Regulations, Within The Framework Of The Subscription Support Or At The Request Of Yucdp, The City Of Smolyan Within The Framework Of The Subscription Support. 5. Installation, Training For Operation And Maintenance Of New Versions Of Teres Software. 6. Acquaintance With The Novelties And Their Adjacent New Modules. 7. Technical Support Of The Product And The Database Management System, Including The Elimination Of Errors And Deficiencies Of A Programming Nature At The Contractors Expense. 8. Diagnosis Of Problems And Systematic Assistance For Their Elimination. Providing Assistance In Resolving Problematic Situations In A Qualitative And Timely Manner. 9. Backup The Database.
