Request For Comments (“Rfc”) # 2026-08Draft Proposed Work Forbf73949, Superstructure Rehabilitationdunvegan Bridge Carrying Hwy 2:68 Over Peace Riverthis Request For Comments (Rfc) Includes A Draft Version Of The Proposed Work For The Superstructure Rehabilitation, Including All Attachments, For Vendors To Review And Provide Comments To Assist The Province With Enhancement And Clarification Of The Final Proposed Work Prior To Its Release.Through This Process, Alberta Transportation Economic Corridors (“Tec” Or The “Province”) Is Inviting Prospective And Interested Vendors To Review The Exhibit 2 – Draft Proposed Work Of Superstructure Rehabilitation On Bf73949, Dunvegan Bridge Carrying Highway 2:68 Over Peace River Documentation And, Subject To The Following, Provide A Submission To The Submission Address Identified On The Cover Page.The Dunvegan Bridge, Bf73949, Which Carries Highway 2:68 Over The Peace River At Dunvegan (Hereinafter, The “Project”), Is Planned To Have A Major Superstructure Rehabilitation From Approximately May 2027 To October 2028.Traffic Will Be Maintained During The Rehabilitation Until This Project Is Completed. Final Determination Of The Scope Of Work For This Project Is Still Ongoing; However, The Hanger Replacement Will Form A Major Portion Of The Technical Expertise And Schedule Commitment For The Project.The Project Delivery Method Will Be Design-Bid-Build (“Dbb”). A Request For Qualification Is Planned To Be Issued After This Rfc Process.
