Advertising Management Services – Service Concession For The Provision, Installation, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of Advertising And Non-Advertising Street Furniture. The City Entrusts The Concessionaire With The Provision, Installation, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of Advertising And Non-Advertising Street Furniture Elements. The Concession Contract Involves The Deployment Of Several Types Of Furniture, As Referenced In Article 5.4 Of The Draft Contract, As Well As Certain So-Called Associated Services. The Consultation Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Procedure Described In The Provisions Of Articles L.3121-1 And R.3121-5 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is A Concession Within The Meaning Of Article L1121-1 Of The Public Order Code. It Is Concluded For A Period Of Sixteen (16) Years From April 1, 2027 Or From Its Notification If This Is Later.
