Telecommunications Services – Central Mobile Telecommunications Services For The South Moravian Region And Legal Entities Established By The South Moravian Region. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Contracting Authority And/Or Individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities And One Supplier, On The Basis Of Which Public Contracts Will Be Awarded. The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Be A) The Provision Of Mobile Voice And Data Telecommunications Services Through The Telecommunications Networks Of The Mobile Operator, B) The Provision Of All Other Services And Performance Specified In The Procurement Conditions, C) The Provision Of All Activities Related To The Provision Of The Services And Performance Specified In The Previous Bullet Points. (Hereinafter Referred To As Telecommunications Services), According To The Needs And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities. Telecommunications Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A) Participation Contracts That Will Be Concluded Between The Selected Supplier And The Contracting Authority, Or Individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities, On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement, And B) Participation Agreements Concluded Between The Selected Supplier And The Contracting Authority, Or Individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities, Which Will Be Valid And Effective On The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement.
