Electric Accumulators – Vehicle Batteries. The Zurich Cantonal Police Operates A Diverse Fleet Of Vehicles With Different Brands And Models. To Ensure Operational Readiness, One Or Two Suppliers Are Being Sought Who Can Supply High-Quality Vehicle Batteries. Delivery Must Take Place Within Two Working Days To Five Defined Locations (Urdorf, Winterthur, Hinwil, Bülach And Zurich). The Providers Also Take Back The Used Batteries And Dispose Of Them Professionally Or Recycle Them In Accordance With Legal Requirements. The Annual Requirement Is Around 400 Vehicle Batteries. The Contract Is Concluded With A Fixed Term Of Three Years And Is Then Automatically Extended For Another Year Up To A Maximum Total Term Of Five Years.
