Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Implement Enterprise Business Planning & Performance Management System Fees QR 2000 Bid Bond QR 200000 Start Purchase Date: 07-06-2026 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 05-07-2026 12:30:00 Submission Closing Date: 05-07-2026 12:00 PM Description: In 2015, KAHRAMAA implemented a Corporate Performance Management System (CPMS) built on the Balanced Scorecard framework to track and report on KPIs as adopted for all Corporate Affairs and Departments. In 2021, the long-term strategy was updated and resulted in 15 corporate objectives and 90 strategic initiatives. In order to prioritize the implementation of initiatives and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of corporate objectives, a Strategy Implementation Office was established. Also in 2021, the Corporate Performance Management System was upgraded to cover the Balanced Scorecards for all Sections in each department of KAHRAMAA While performance management across the organization is automated, the strategic planning, business modeling, change management and initiative management under the Strategy Implementation Office are partially automated.
