Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Education Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) CONSULTANCY DESCRIPTION The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering practical barbering skills training targeting vulnerable individuals. The training will focus on developing participants basic knowledge and hands on skills in mens grooming, haircutting, trimming, styling, tool handling, hygiene, disinfection, and safe work practices. The training should introduce participants to the main techniques used in barbering, including basic haircuts, use of clippers and scissors, blending, trimming, shaving basics, beard grooming, finishing, and customer care. Participants will be guided through demonstrations and practical exercises using appropriate barbering tools, practice heads/mannequins, and workstation materials. The consultant will ensure a participatory, respectful, inclusive, and skills-based learning environment that promotes practical learning, confidence, hygiene, safety, and professional conduct. Nabad is seeking to establish an Agreement with a reputable company/trainer that can afford Nabad with an appropriate barber skills training.
