Once completed all to be uploaded Into the MS office online form. 1.Supplier registration form: Filled, signed and stamped, supported with the following documents: The company legal registration documents and VAT certificate Company portfolio Proof of Company bank account in USD, approved from the Bank (Online bank account approval is acceptable) Bank statements for 1 year, Financial report / audited copy of Balance Sheet and Income Statement or your Annual report Experience in similar projects at similar scale, by providing reference letters and/or project completion certificates.
