Background La Chaîne de lEspoir (CDE) is an international NGO headquartered in Paris, France, whose office in Lebanon is located in Zalka, Metn, Mount Lebanon. Its mission is to strengthen health systems to give everyone, especially children, the same chances of survival and development. It works in 25 countries with a global approach, focusing on the child but also on mothers and disadvantaged communities: Prevention and screening from the earliest age, particularly in the context of school health programs. Care and surgery to meet the most urgent needs of children and their mothers. Training and capacity building of local teams through our international network of experts in all areas of surgery. Construction and equipment of hospital structures adapted to local needs. Humanitarian crises to provide aid in situations of conflict, natural disasters and economic collapse. Improving maternal health through medical care to prevent risks due to pregnancy and childbirth. While Lebanon is going through an unprecedented crisis, many families are struggling to meet their basic daily needs, such as access to healthcare. Present in the country since 2005, La Chaîne de lEspoir is working in Lebanon to treat children with orthopedic congenital malformations who have no access to medical care. 2. General Terms La Chaîne de lEspoir (CDE) is seeking to engage a creative agency with proven expertise in video production and storytelling to support the visibility and communication objectives of its ECHOfunded project in Lebanon. The selected agency will be responsible for designing, producing, and delivering highquality, donorappealing video content that: Showcases project activities, including medical care, surgeries, psychosocial support sessions, and capacitybuilding initiatives. Highlights beneficiary impact through ethical and compelling storytelling that respects dignity and informed consent. Aligns with ECHO visibility guidelines and CDEs communication standards, ensuring proper use of logos, branding, and donor acknowledgment. Delivers adaptable formats suitable for dissemination across social media platforms, donor reports, institutional websites, and other communication channels. The agency will work in close collaboration with CDEs project team to ensure that all outputs are consistent with donor requirements, organizational messaging, and humanitarian communication standards. 3. Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for: Concept Development Propose creative narratives and storyboards that highlight humanitarian impact. Ensure alignment with donor messaging and CDEs branding. Video Production Filming in project sites across Lebanon (consultations, surgeries, psychosocial sessions, trainings). Capture both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats for multiplatform use. Ensure ethical storytelling and informed consent from all participants. PostProduction Editing with donorcompliant intro/outro graphics, logos, and captions. Subtitles in Arabic, English, and French. Delivery of final .mp4 files and cover images. Archive of raw footage and edited versions. Deliverables Videos: 6 short videos (12 minutes each) highlighting the real challenges faced by beneficiaries, their resilience in overcoming hardship, and the role of ECHOfunded interventions in supporting them. 4 thematic reels (2045 seconds) optimized for social media. Photos: Minimum 40 highquality, edited photos capturing beneficiaries, project activities, and visibility elements, ensuring compliance with donor visibility requirements. Final Package Edited videos + raw footage archive. Subtitles and cover images. Delivery via shared folder with clear file naming. Timeline Pre-production & concept approval: within 2 weeks of contract signature. Filming: rolling basis during project activities (July-September 2026) Draft submission: within 3 weeks of each filming session. Final delivery: all videos and photos by end of project quarter (e.g., November 2026). Consultant profile and qualifications Proven experience as a videographer and photographer. Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in photography and videography. Prior experience working with NGOs or international NGOs is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creativity and attention to detail as well as ethical storytelling. Excellent communication skills in Arabic, English and French. Payment Arrangements 30% upon signature and delivery of production plan. 40% upon delivery and acceptance of first set of videos/photos. 30% upon final delivery and approval of all content.
