The Transport Service Provides Transport For Pupils Subject To Compulsory Education From Settlements Where There Is No School Providing Education In The Relevant Class. The Performance Of The Service Is In Accordance With The Expected Expenditure Of The School To Maintain The Daily Attendance Of Students At School. The Transport Will Be Carried Out Only On School Days (Attendance Days), Determined By Order Of The Minister Of Education And Science For The School Year 2026/2027, 2027/2028 And 2028/2029. Services For Specialized Transport Of Students Will Not Be Carried Out During Non-School Days, During Vacations Or During School Days With Conducting Distance Learning In An Electronic Environment (Opec), Announced By Order Of The Minister Of Education And Science, The Minister Of Health Or Another Competent Authority. The Estimated Number Of School Days In Which The Service Will Be Performed By School Year Is As Follows: For The School Year 2026/2027 – Up To 183 (One Hundred And Eighty-Three) Days; For The Academic Year 2027/2028 – Up To 180 (One Hundred And Eighty) Days; For The Academic Year 2028/2029 – Up To 179 (One Hundred And Seventy-Nine) Days. The Total Estimated Number Of School Days For The Entire Three-Year Period Of The Contract Is Up To 542 (Five Hundred And Forty-Two) Days. The Bus Lines Operate On The Following Routes: Route No. 1 – Kyustendil-Sovoljano-Lozno-Žilentsi-Gramazhdano-Pmg/Nu - 32 Km Long On One Course, Running Three Times A Day; The Total Length Of The Courses On Route #1 Is 96 Km Per Day Route #2 – Kyustendil Village. Bride-S. Novi Homestead - Bagrentsi Village - Granitsa Village - Piperkov Homestead Village - Slokoshtitsa Village - Pmg/Nu - 50 Km Length Of One Course, Performed Three Times A Day. The Total Length Of The Courses On Route #2 Is 150 Km Per Day. Route No. 3 - Kyustendil- Tavalichevo - Village Of Gorna Grashtitsa - Village Of Dolna Grashtitsa - Village Of Konyavo - Village Of Dvorishte - Village Of Yablkovo-S. Zhabokrut - Pmg/Nu - 57 Km. Length Of One Course, Performed Three Times A Day. The Total Length Of The Courses On Route No. 3 Is 171 Km Per Day. Route No. 4 - Kyustendil - Zlogosh Village - Dragovishtitsa Village - Shishkovtsi Village - Nikolichevtsi Village - Skryniano Village Pmg/Nu - 70 Km. Length Of One Course, Performed Three Times A Day. The Total Length Of The Courses On Route No. 4 Is 210 Km Per Day. In The Event Of A Change In The Organization Of The Educational Process, The Employer Reserves The Right To Make The Necessary Changes In Order To Transport The Students On Time. In The Event That For Certain School Days One Of The Routes Is Canceled In Whole Or In Part, Or Transportation Is Required On A Non-School Day, The Employer Will Notify The Contractor At Least 2 (Two) Calendar Days Beforehand. Given The Fact That The Current Public Procurement Is Carried Out Before The Start Of The Respective School Years, The Specified Route Timetables Are Approximate And Indicative. In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Traveling Students, The Contracting Authority May Make Changes To The Route Schedules And/Or The Total Mileage, As Well As A Change In The Order Of Passage Through The Relevant Points Of The Route.
