The Object Of The Procurement Is Communal Housing Services For The Elderly In The Welfare Area Of North Karelia. Shared Housing Refers To Social Services In Accordance With Section 21 B Of The Social Care Act (1301/2014), Where The Service Provider Arranges For The Social Care Client An Apartment That Meets His Needs In A Barrier-Free And Safe Housing Unit And The Opportunity To Participate In Activities That Promote Social Interaction Offered There. Communal Housing Is Arranged For A Person Who Needs It On The Basis That His Functional Capacity Has Decreased And His Need For Treatment And Care Has Increased Due To Old Age, Illness, Disability Or Another Similar Reason. The Service Is Mainly Intended For Elderly People, But The Customers Service Needs May Vary, And The Service Is Not Limited To Customers Defined By Age Alone. It Is Required From The Supplier That Customers Have The Option To Purchase Meal Service, Clothing Maintenance Service And Cleaning Service As Support Services, If Necessary. The Bidder Must Submit An Offer Separately For Each Housing Unit He/She Offers In Such A Way That: 1) Each Offered Housing Unit Is Given Its Own Offer In The System 2) The Offer Includes All Information About That Unit (E.G. Unit Name, Location, Capacity, Prices And Other Required Information) 3) Combining Several Units In The Same Offer Is Not Allowed The Bidder Can Therefore Submit An Offer For One Or More Housing Units, But Each Unit Will Be Processed In Comparison As A Separate Offer. The Contract Period Is Valid Until 1 October 2026. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Quantity Purchases. Services Are Purchased As Needed To Supplement Own Service Production.
