Tenders are invited for Soler System & Generator Strengthening the Safety and Resilience of Health Care Facilities in Gaza through Targeted WASH, Infection Prevention and Control, and Medical Waste Management Interventions. PV Modules 660 Wp: Supply photovoltaic solar modules, Mono/Polycrystalline, Perc type from Top ten solar cell producers with all materials needed to have a complete job as per technical specifications and the following: Power tolerance 0/+10 W. Nominal Rated Min. Power is 650 W. Module efficiency (%) not less than 20.8%. Connector (Protection degree / Type) IP68 rated / MC4 compatible. Temperature coefficients of P not more than -0.37% /°C. Frame should be Anodized aluminum alloy, with crossbar enhanced. Module must be certified the following: - Anti-Potential Induced Degradation. - IEC61215, IEC61730-1, VDE/CE/CEC AU, IEC 61701, IEC 62716, UL 1703:CSA. - ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and ISO 14001:2015 environmental stadards. - OHSAS18001:2007. DATA SHEETS MUST BE SUBMITTED for technical evaluation. Reference: Canadian solar or approved Equivalent No. 8 2 Solar Inverter 6.2kVA/6.2kW: Supply pure sinewave single phase on-grid solar inverter with energy storage. AC 230V, 50Hz, 6.2KVA/6.2KW with PV and Battery, efficiency not less than 93%. PV MPPT charger not less than 6500 watt. Dual AC outputs. MPPT voltage range 90-450V DC. Nominal DC voltage 48V DC. Maximum PV charging current 100A. Built-in communication port for BMS. Built-in feed-in grid function. Communication interface RS232/RS485 (BMS)/WiFi. No. 1 3 Battery Bank (10.24 KWHr): Supply Battery bank with total power not less than 10.24 KWHr as the Specifications:- Battery capacity current must be not less than 200 Ah @ C10/1.80V. 12 V LFP (Lithiom iron phosphate), which are manufactured with BYD Grade A cells to ensure the highest safty and quality. New date of manufacturing, not more than 6 months from production to commissioning. Integrated BMS. Compatible with wide range of inverter brands. Stainless steel attachment bolts & washers. Designed for frequent cyclic discharge. High Charging Capabilities. Safety valve installation for explosion proof. Specifications must include characteristics curves. The cycle life at 25 °C @ 80% DOD is not less than 6000 cycle. Shelf Life (% of nominal capacity at (25°C). Warranty: 3 Years DATA SHEETS AND CALCULATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED for technical evaluation. The item shall include DC cables for the battery bank, 2x50mm2, with length 2m. The contractor has to obtain 10.24 KWHr from battery bank as minimum capacity. In case the proposed battery bank results in extra kwp than this is deemed to be accounted for the proposed ratio. Contract will be pay only 10.24 KWHr. Reference: RENERGY or approved Equivalent 4 Protection Box: Supply Photovoltic Combiner box made of thermoplastic/metal with 25% space inside the box. Specifications as follow:- - DC double pole fuse protection for PV string. - DC double pole MCB protection for Battery Bank. - DC Surge arrestor protection device 40KA. - AC single phase Surge arrestor protection device 40KA for input and output. - Double poles AC in & AC out Circuit breakers , overload 40Aand undervoltage protections. All works and materials must be according to the specifications and supervisor engineer instructions and approval. DATA SHEETS MUST BE SUBMITTED for technical evaluation. Reference: European made ABB, Schnider or approved equivalent No. 1 5 DC cables: Supply a single core (solar cable type) between PV array and inverter. DC cables shall be double insulated and suitable for use outdoor. DC cable must be size 2x10mm2. DC cable shall be flexible tinned copper conductor. All cable terminations shall provide with DC plug and connectors. Clear, easily visible labels must be provided a long all DC cables. Roof penetrations are suitably sealed and weatherproofed. L.S 50 6 Installing and operating Install, connect and operate PV system, includes the above items. The item also shall Include supply, install & connect the following but not limit: PVC ducts with clamps, accessories, supports & labels suitable to be installed for the PV system. PV modules shall be earthed in between by wires not less than 6mm. stainless stail screws for fixing the PV modules in the mounting structures. All cable terminations shall provide with DC plug and connectors. all necessary electrical work including conduits, and all other material needed to have a complete job ready according to the engineers instruction and approval. any missing or required materials to have a good job and installation. All works and materials must be according to specifications and supervisor engineer instructions and approval. 7 Supply and install a steel structural mounting frame for the photovoltaic (PV) system. The structural design and detailed shop drawings shall be submitted to the Engineer for review and approval prior to commencement of installation. The structure shall be properly anchored and fixed to the building roof in accordance with approved structural calculations and relevant standards, and shall be designed to safely support the total number of PV panels, including all associated loads (dead load, wind load, and other applicable forces). L.S 1 Total in USD : . _ ( 2) No. Item and Specification Unit QTY Unit price USD Total price USD 1 Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Diesel Generator Set with rated capacity within the range of 1620 kVA, including all necessary civil works for the concrete foundation pad, earthing system, cabling termination, protection devices, testing, commissioning, and integration into the existing electrical system of the clinic. Output: Rated generator capacity shall be within the range of 1620 kVA, equivalent to approximately 12.816 kW at 0.8 power factor. The generator shall be suitable for continuous clinic operation under prime/standby duty as per the manufacturers rating and submitted technical datasheet. Engine: Multi-cylinder, 1500 RPM, water-cooled diesel engine, suitable for 50 Hz operation, from a reputable manufacturer such as Cummins, Perkins, Lovol, Ricardo, or approved equivalent, complete with electronic or mechanical governor, cooling radiator, exhaust system, fuel system, lubrication system, and all standard manufacturer accessories. Alternator: Brushless alternator, 4-pole, 50 Hz, 400/230V, 3-phase, IP23 protection minimum, Class H insulation, equipped with Automatic Voltage Regulator AVR, and suitable for generator operation within the specified kVA range. Enclosure: Sound-attenuated, weather-protective Super Silent canopy, fabricated from powder-coated steel sheets, suitable for outdoor installation, with proper ventilation, lockable access doors, lifting points, and noise level not exceeding 75 dBA at 7 meters, or nearest available manufacturer standard for this capacity. Fuel System: Integrated base-mounted fuel tank with minimum capacity of 60 liters, or manufacturers standard tank size sufficient for practical operation of the generator, complete with fuel level indicator/sensor, fuel lines, fuel filter, drain point, and bunded/leak-protection arrangement where available. Control System: Microprocessor-based generator controller, such as DeepSea, ComAp, SmartGen, or approved equivalent, including auto-start capability, digital display, engine protection, generator protection, voltage/frequency/current metering, alarms, and emergency stop. Electrical Protection and Accessories: The generator shall include a suitably rated 4-pole output MCCB, properly selected according to the final generator capacity and output current, complete with heavy-duty battery, battery charger, anti-vibration mountings, industrial silencer, flexible exhaust connection, fuel/water/oil filters for the first service, and all required internal wiring and accessories. 2 Main Electrical Distribution Board (MDB / ATS) Description: Design , Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Floor Mounted / Wall Mounted Main Distribution Board (MDB) with integrated Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), designed for a 3- phase, 4-wire, 415V, 50Hz system. Enclosure: 1.5mm2.0mm thick Electro-Galvanized steel sheet, powder-coated (RAL 7035), IP54 rated for indoor/outdoor use as specified, with bottom/top cable entry. Busbars: High-conductivity Electrolytic Copper busbars (TP&N), sized for the full load plus 25% spare capacity, color-coded and supported by DMC/SMC insulators. Switching (ATS): 63A, 4-Pole Motorized Changeover Switch or Pair of Interlocked Contactors (mechanically and electrically interlocked) to switch between Utility (Mains) and Generator. Protection: * Incomer 1 (Mains): 63A 4-Pole MCCB (Adjustable). Incomer 2 (Generator): 63A 4-Pole MCCB (Adjustable). Outgoing: (Adjust as per your project, e.g., 3 x 32A TP MCBs, 6 x 16A SP MCBs). Monitoring & Indicators: Digital Multifunction Meter (V, A, Hz, kW, PF), Phase Indication Lamps (R, Y, B), and Status Lamps (Mains Available/On Load, Gen Available/On Load).
