Work Detail
The Mission Is Structured In Four Successive Phases Covering A Total Duration Of Nine Months. It Concerns Two Levels Of Audiences: Professional Supervisors (Vocational High School Teachers, Trainers In Training Organizations, Associative Stakeholders) And Direct Beneficiaries (Vocational High School Students, Apprentices, Learners In Vocational Training). The First Phase, Called Diagnosis And Framing, Covers The First Two Months. The Service Provider Must Carry Out A Systematic Review Of Existing Educational Resources On The Two Central Themes: Mental Health (Linked To The Pssm, Ireps And Irfo Benchmarks) And Professional Posture (Linked To The Cnv Benchmarks, Who Psychosocial Skills, As Well As The Bac Pro And Bpjeps Benchmarks). It Will Also Have To Produce, In Conjunction With The Draio, France Travail And Field Partners, Profile Sheets Of The Public Specifying Their Socio-Educational Characteristics, Their Specific Needs According To The Territories And The Organizational Constraints Of The Establishments. The Second Phase, Devoted To The Architecture Of The Courses, Takes Place Between The Second And The Fourth Month. The Service Provider Must Design Two Distinct Course Architectures According To The Principle Of Reverse Engineering: The Certification Criteria Defined By Gt 2 (Open Badges Drajes, Micro-Certifications) Must Guide The Structuring Of The Modules. The Level 1 Course Intended For Supervisors Represents 20 Hours Of Training Divided Into Four Stages Combining Remote, Face-To-Face And Hybrid. The Level 2 Course Intended For Beneficiaries Represents 10 Hours Divided Into Four Face-To-Face Stages, Each Associated With A Specific Drajes Badge. The Third Phase, Content Production, Extends From The Fourth To The Seventh Month. For Each Module, The Service Provider Must Deliver A Complete Educational Kit Including A Facilitator Guide, Learning Materials, Digital Resources, An Evaluation Grid And An Evidence Sheet For Obtaining Drajes Badges. The Level 2 Modules Intended For Beneficiaries Will Be Produced In The Form Of Session Sheets Intended For Stakeholders From Partner Sports Clubs. The Fourth Phase, Experimentation And Adjustment, Covers The Seventh To Ninth Months. The Service Provider Will Coordinate A Pilot Experiment In Three Priority Areas Identified By The Draio, With Test Sessions With Volunteer Teachers And Pilot Sessions With Vocational High School Students. He Will Collect Feedback And Produce The Final Versions Of The Educational Kits Incorporating The Adjustments.
