The Purpose Of This Agreement Is To Guarantee The Correct Functioning And Availability Of The Equipment Through The Timely Execution Of Maintenance, Repairs, Specialized Technical Diagnoses And The Supply Of Spare Parts When Appropriate, Contributing To The Continuity Of Printing And Document Management Services, As Well As The Efficient Use Of Public Resources. In This Context, The Duration Of The Supply Agreement Is Contemplated For A Period Of 2 Years From The Signing Of The Contract.
