Mission To Support The Municipality Of Saint-Leu In The Translation Of Its Mandate Project Into An Operational Administration Project. The Entire Mission Is Broken Down Into 4 Phases, Namely: Phase 1 - Framework And Methodology; Phase 2 - Organizational Diagnosis And Analysis Of Room For Maneuver; Phase 3 - Construction Of The Administration Project; Phase 4 - Budget Translation And Restitution. Additional Shifts May Expressly Be The Subject Of Additional Specific Orders Depending On The Need. These Orders Cannot Exceed The Maximum Limits Defined In The Act Of Commitment. Variations Are Prohibited. The Overall Deadline For Execution Of Services Set At 5 Months By The Community. This Period Runs From The Date Set By The Service Order For The Start Of Phase 1 Missions.
