Include evidence of the receipt of payment as issued by the Bursary Department in the tender documents. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR GOODS Completed Technical and Financial bids shall be submitted in two (2) hard copies in two different sealed envelopes and labelled TECHNICAL OR FINANCIAL respectively. Lot Number should be indicated on top right hand corner of each envelope and enclosed in a third envelope on which the Project and Lot number should also be indicated). Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday 13th July, 2026; at the Academic Board Room, Permanent Site, Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, in the presence of bidders or their Representatives, Observers, Civil Society Organisation (CSOs), while Financial Bids will be kept un-opened. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened.
