Sefton Council Is Looking To Appoint A Provider To Deliver A Comprehensive Stop Smoking Service That Supports Individuals To Quit Tobacco Use And Prevents The Uptake Of Smoking.The Service Will Run For A Period Of 4 Years From The 1St Of April 2027, With The Option To Extend For A Further 4 Years (Plus 2 Years, Followed By Plus 1 Year), Subject To Evidence Of Satisfactory Ongoing Performance And Value For Money.The Estimated Lifetime Value Of The Contract Including Extensions Is £4,931,268 And A Breakdown Per Year Is Provided In Section 12, Pages 37 And 38 Of The Service Specification. The Council Has A Fixed Budget For This Contract. Tender Evaluation Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Quality, Social Value And Presentation / Interview.The Council Will Conduct This Procurement In Accordance With The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (Regulation 11, Competitive Process).
