Suukari Kalasatamahepokarintie 223500 Uusikaupunki The Wharf Projects To Be Implemented In The Suukari Kalasatama Area Are Carried Out As A Total Contract, Which In Addition To The Main Performance Obligation Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services: The Contract Includes Implementations And Procurements As Described Below And According To The Attached Planning Documents: 1. Moving And Re-Anchoring The Old Pier For Breakwater Use And Land Support2. Construction And Procurement Of A New Car-Driven Pier3. Utilization Of The Existing Footbridge In Connection With The New Pier And Necessary Modifications4. All Planning, Anchoring, Transport, Installation And Commissioning Work Related To The Project. The Contract Must Include The Approx. 60 M Transfer Of The Old Pier To A New Location For Breakwater Use, As Well As All Work And Materials Required For Commissioning. In Addition, Unnecessary Old Anchors And Chains Must Be Removed. There Will Be Boat Berths On The Beach Side Of The Edge Of The Breakwater. A Footbridge Should Also Be Built For The Breakwater, But It Should Only Be For Pedestrians. Modifications To The Old Pier Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Documents. The Contract Must Include The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A New Floating Pier. The New Pier Must Be Min. 4 M Wide And Approx. 48 M Long. 48Mx4m Load Capacity Approx. 60 Tkg, Net Weight Approx. 60 Tkg. At The Moment, All Boats Are Side-Mounted. The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of The New Pier Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Documents. Cleanliness Of The Work Environment.- The Contract Must Be Completed And Handed Over To The Customer By 31 October 2026
